"Measuring is difficult for something that you can't see." Genomic testing allows us a visual concept of the calf prior to birth. It also allows the ability to eliminate time from the breeding process, because of the assurance in knowing what you are starting with.
At BVA: We are focused on heifer development, because we believe that the DAM plays a critical role in the breeding process.
At BVA: We believe that correct mating has to drive the outcome. Choosing the right SIR and right DAM will produce quality cattle and quality embryos in the end.
